AYAN InfoTech is looking for SAP Project Manager - SuccessFactors & ECP Implementation to join an exciting project based in Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects. Role: SAP Project Manager - SuccessFactors & ECP Implementation Location: Melbourne Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7 Years Required Skills & Experience: 8 years of IT project management experience. Minimum 3 years delivering SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP implementations. Strong understanding of: SuccessFactors architecture and modules Employee Central workflows, MDF, and RBP Payroll schemas, wage types, and off-cycle processes Experience with SAP CPI/WebMethods integrations. Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP (Plan ? Build ? Test ? Deploy ? Hypercare). Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk logs, and RAID items. Ensure adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. Manage change requests, scope variations, and governance processes. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance teams, and external vendors. Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT. Lead cross-functional teams including SF consultants, integration specialists, and payroll experts. Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and steering committees. Project Management Competencies: Proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments. Strong exposure to payroll parallel testing cycles. Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and SOWs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
