THE ROLE The Strategic Engagement and Lived Experience team supports and drives key strategies that embed lived experience and engagement approaches across the child and family system. In this role, you will contribute to strategic policy development as well as provide project and contract management, and governance support, to meet deliverables and deadlines. The role is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating administrative, logistical, financial and procurement requirements related to high-priority engagement initiatives. As a member of the Children and Families division you will enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a variety of work. The work environment encourages a collaborative approach to work unit priorities, providing opportunities to apply existing project/program skills across a range of areas, to continue to build on your expertise in project management and delivery, and to develop strategic policy skills. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * Deliver project management, reporting and administration including logistical support across multiple projects. This includes developing and maintain project documentation, managing team filing systems and coordinating financial and procurement processes. * Administer the engagement process for individuals with living or lived experience including processing participant remuneration, managing travel and attendance logistics, and ensuring all confidentiality and privacy requirements are rigorously upheld. * Prepare and draft routine written communications, including internal briefs, email updates, intranet content, and presentations using an accessible tone for diverse audiences.
