High Salary Policy Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies across the organisation. This role involves creating a comprehensive policy framework, simplifying access to policies, and producing clear and effective policy documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Extensive and demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation, preferably with a focus on the aged care or health sectors.
* Proven experience in drafting and creating organisational policy frameworks.
* Ability to effectively communicate the role of policies and procedures in complex care environments.
* Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
