The Vertical Scope Group (VSG) are continuing to grow our team and our people and are now securing TS PV cleared Project Managers to work with us and our Tier 1 Employment Partners in delivering capability for our customers in the National Intelligence Community
About You
* Possess at least 5-8 years of PM experience with a good background in PM BAU work
* Must have a PM background with tech project experience, and be familiar with working in Defence
* Must be based in Canberra and be willing to be on client site 5 days per week. Candidates based interstate who want to work remotely will not be considered for this position
* Must hold a current TS PV security clearance.
About the Role
* Integrate and use specific industry and technical delivery methodologies, e.g., project management methodologies based on the Project Management Institute (PMI), project management methodology, system and software development, agile methodologies such as Scrum.
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for projects
* Manage project requirements, scope, timelines and perform regular customer cadences
* Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans
* Manage project requirements and scope/change management issues
* Develop and effectively present and communicate content
* Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects
* Work in consultation with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to manage project staffing requirements
