In Australia, we operate a select, highly skilled, internationally diverse engineering team, providing engineering and design advisory services to Australia's naval programs, and maritime autonomy system development. Our team holds expertise across naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering, integrated logistics support, engineering consulting and acquisition program management.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

* Develop, analyse, and maintain project requirements sets to support delivery of a complex maritime platform engineering project.
* Conduct requirements reconciliation and traceability activities, ensuring alignment across system, project, and stakeholder requirements.
* Interpret and apply relevant engineering and technical standards within the requirements framework.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, controlled, and integrated across the program.

What You'll Bring to Make a n Impact

* Excellent requirements analysis and technical writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to translate technical standards and stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to manage requirements reconciliation across complex systems.
* Broader platform engineering awareness, with experience in areas such as control systems, software, safety engineering, or marine infrastructure highly regarded.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a baseline security clearance and willing to obtain and hold a NV‐1 or greater security clearance.
