We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) to join our team. From Monday to Thursday, the educator will work across rooms to provide break relief and additional support to educators, helping to maintain ratios, continuity of care, and positive learning environments for children. On Fridays, the role will involve a full day placement in the Younger Infants Room, supporting the room team by relieving a qualified educator to allow for planning time and their scheduled RDO. On this day, the educator will build strong relationships with infants and contribute meaningfully to daily routines and experiences within the room. This position plays an important role in supporting both educators and children across the service, ensuring consistent, high quality care throughout the week.
