About the role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Senior Medical Receptionist/Practice Manager who will play a vital role in the smooth running and growth of our practices. This is an opportunity for you to involve in day to day running of the practice, streamline daily operations, and deliver exceptional service to our patients.
What you'll be doing
This is a part time position in our Sunnybank clinic with remote oversee of clinic at Noosa Heads.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Clinic communications – phone, email, and welcoming clients.
* Daily operations – managing clinic flow and supporting team operations. Oversee billing, payments, and Medicare claims
* Calendar management – optimising bookings and reducing downtime
* Client retention – following up with lapsed clients and assisting team members with treatment plan bookings
* Compliance support – assisting with documentation and clinic standards
* Clinic presentation – maintaining a clean, professional environment
* Leadership – taking initiative and confidently managing daily operations.
* Marketing & social media – providing support when needed
What we're looking for
* At least 12 months experience as a senior medical receptionist/practice manager in general practice/specialist clinic.
* Confidence using practice management system(Gentu)
* Experience with similar practice management systems will be considered
* Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
* A team player attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
* Availability to work at Sunnybank location.
* Knowledge of compliance in the health care industry
* Knowledge on payroll and HR.
* Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes is required
* Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this position
