Learning and Development Team Leader
This role is responsible for managing and delivering learning projects using the ADDIE model.
* Manage and deliver learning projects from initial request through to evaluation and maintenance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to scope and address training development needs.
* Coordinate delivery of critical training products within agreed timelines.
Strong leadership and project management skills are required, as well as experience in designing, developing or evaluating learning programs.
Key Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
* Experience leading and managing teams.
* Strong background in designing, developing or evaluating learning programs.
* Experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS).
