**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns of all roles in the business; using consistent messaging in ads and on job boards such as Seek
- Co-ordinate Strikeforce social media and marketing of recruitment opportunities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Assist in developing an Employer brand and Employee Value Proposition
- Co-ordinate the Talent Acquisition Team
- Contribute to HR Onboard continuous improvement, workflow efficiency and total business use
- Liaise with service partners regarding maintenance and improvement of support systems
- Other duties as directed
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Proactive and results driven
- Highly developed communication skills in dealing with all levels of the business; written and verbal
- Ethical and confidential
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
