Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support and customer service to the 24-hour Emergency Department Reception.
This involves working closely with nursing and medical staff in the department to ensure smooth patient flow. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the Support Services Coordinator will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
