Automotive Technicians
Your Role:
* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on BYD vehicles
* Use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
* Liaise with service advisors and workshop controllers
What You Bring:
* Relevant automotive trade qualifications (Cert III or equivalent)
* Previous dealership or EV experience preferred but not essential
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
Apprentice Technicians Your Opportunity:
* Gain hands-on experience in a professional workshop
* Learn from experienced mentors while studying towards your automotive qualification
* Work with some of the latest EV technology on the market
You'll Need:
* A genuine interest in the automotive industry and EVs
* Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a growing team
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Service Advisors Your Role:
You'll become the key contact between our Workshop Manager and our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that they're kept well informed during every stage of the servicing process. While this is not a technical role, some knowledge and experience is required.
You'll Need:
* Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
* Great time management and organisation
* A good knowledge of automotive servicing and repair
* A strong desire to succeed in the challenging automotive industry
* Good computer literacy - able to pick up new systems
