**About The Role**
Do you want to be part of developing and leading an innovative multidisciplinary team and contribute to the changing landscape of community care?
In this newly created Leadership position, the Manager will work closely with Director of Community Assessment and Response Team to ensure the provision of safe and effective care in a community setting. The Manager will also play an integral role in supporting staff so that clients receive care by a service that best meets their needs.
This is a full time ongoing role.

You are a Registered Nurse with a proven track record in leading a team to achieve its goals. You have been developing your management and leadership skills and you are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based care to all clients. **What You Need**
- Demonstrated experience
- Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team
- Current AHPRA registration
- Victorian Drivers License
