**About the Role**
- Forecast actual dates for each milestones and managing KPI exemptions.
- Receive and respond to verbal and non-verbal communications within agreed service levels or as outlined within relevant processes with various stakeholders
- Ensure work orders are accurately maintained, updated, and completed in systems.
- Responsible for efficiently coordinating works delivery schedule to meet delivery requirements of the works Plan to meet state objectives. You will coordinate the short term works delivery schedule.
**What we're looking for**
- NBN construction experience a strong advantage
- Previous experience working on a reactive projects
- Previous experience managing/scheduling civil/construction projects
- Extensive Excel experience
- Power Bi experience advantageous
