* Create and manage change requests in line with ITIL processes, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.

* Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors to validate scope, schedule changes, and implement approved work instructions.

* Govern the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), aligning with maintenance windows and customer embargos, and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

* Communicate change plans, risks, and impacts to stakeholders, acting as the escalation point for emergency changes.

* Supervise and review changes post-implementation, conduct lessons learned, update CMDB, and maintain accurate records in the Knowledge Management System.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong technical expertise in telecommunications networks (mobile, fixed, IP, transmission) and ITIL Change Management principles.

* Experience coordinating changes across engineering and vendor ecosystems, with proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Service Manager, or Jira.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills, combined with an analytical outlook focused on risk mitigation and service continuity.

* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and drive process improvement for operational excellence.

* Make life easier (and more affordable) with $80 monthly credit and 25% off Optus products and unique shopping discounts with our retail partners.

* Competitive leave policies, including additional 'Connected' days to focus on culture, family, health, community, or whatever's important to you.

* We support growing families with inclusive, carer-neutral paid Parental Leave of up to 16 weeks.

* Build meaningful connections through employee-led networks and diversity initiatives.

* Put your wellbeing first with free access to counselling and support services.
