Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company providing fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors.Alltype Engineering has been operating since 1985 and our longevity is a result of the capability of our team, our culture, and the ability to collaboratively deliver contracts and projects for our clients whilst maintaining a flexible and cutting-edge approach to finding solutions to challenges.Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Peggy with LR licence to work in remote NT on 3/1 roster.Job DescriptionKey duties of this role include;Maintain cleanliness of ablutions, crib and office facilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the laydown area and equipment on a daily basis.Escort deliveries, escort plant movements, unloading of deliveries, manage delivery documentation and material storage.Escorting light vehicles and trucks around siteStock-take and ordering of consumablesMaintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levelsIssuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management SystemInvestigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers and returnsEnsuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to siteChecking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient mannerEnsuring MSDS's are processed according to procedureUndertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directedDriving of Bus to transport other personnel and crew to and from airport.QualificationsWhite CardLight Rigid Licence or higher(highly desirable)Be able to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrated success within a fast paced and flexible environment.Excellent communication skills and capacity to liaise with individuals at all levelsA positive attitude to work and desire to 'get the job done'.
