About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you play a vital role in representing our brand and guiding customers through their service journey. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service ensures a smooth, professional experience that builds loyalty and trust.



Main Responsibilities:


* Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone to accurately identify their vehicle service needs.

* Document customer concerns thoroughly and clearly via repair orders.

* Schedule service appointments that balance customer convenience with workshop capacity.

* Provide clear explanations of estimated service times, costs, and payment methods.

* Cordinate all repair services to ensure customers understand warranty conditions or required authorisations.
