Front Office Co-ordinator: Mt Gravatt/Chermside
We're looking for a people‐first superstar who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is more than a front desk role — it's a dynamic, relationship‐driven position that combines administration, patient care, and sales support.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire experience — so being warm, confident, and professional is key. If you love helping people feel at ease and genuinely enjoy making others smile, we want to hear from you.
This position will begin on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition into a full‐time role after 6 months. It also requires flexibility to work at both locations.
Responsibilities
* Managing day‐to‐day admin tasks: scheduling appointments, processing payments, and responding to calls and emails.
* Responding to new enquiries (online and phone), guiding patients through the consultation process and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and informative.
* Providing exceptional patient experiences during consultations and follow‐ups, and helping patients understand their treatment options.
Qualifications

* A confident, reliable, flexible, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
* Previous customer service experience to ensure excellent patient interactions and service delivery.
