Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe role's primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect discovery, outbound sales calls, email campaigns, demos, and closing deals.Account management activities, including client onboarding, contract renewals and churn prevention.Strategic tasks and activities to support the Senior Account Manager in Australia.Represent Zapid at in-person events to grow visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS company (required)Experience in the recruitment/hospitality industry is a plusAdvanced or Native EnglishHungry, competitive, and motivated - you thrive on chasing and closing new opportunities.Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful - you’re excited by the challenges of an early-stage company.Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to simplify complex ideas.Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Tech-savvy, with experience using HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
