Early Childhood Education Lead
This is a pivotal role within the Department of Education, responsible for leading early childhood education policy and reform initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality advice and briefings to inform decision-making by senior leaders on state and national issues in early childhood education.
About the Role
This key position forms part of the Department's senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and coordinating early childhood education policy and reform initiatives;
* Providing strategic advice and briefings to senior leaders on state and national issues in early childhood education;
* Coordinating high-quality reports and advice on early childhood policy and reform initiatives;
* Engaging with school communities and external agencies to support Department and whole-of-government strategic goals.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess strong policy and written communication skills, as well as experience in leading teams and coordinating complex projects.
