Remuneration and Benefits Analyst

Job Overview:

A dynamic opportunity exists for a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Analyst to contribute to the delivery of the annual review through market analysis, financial modelling, employee communications, management briefings, and facilitating Executive calibration sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement methods and techniques for remunerating, promoting, and training managers.
* Lead the design of remuneration and benefit programs to enhance the employee experience and provide insights into remuneration practices from data analysis.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and objectives, recommending reward strategies and pay policies.

Requirements:

* Degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
* Substantial work experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify critical business issues.
