Key Responsibilities
Safely install, maintain, and repair a variety of roofing materials, including tiles, metal, and shingles
Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient installation
Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during projects
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Maintain a clean and organized work setting
Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What We\'re Looking For
Formal trade qualification in roofing or a related building trade
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified roofer in the residential or commercial construction industry
Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of roofing materials
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
