Key Responsibilities
Methodically and accurately cutting and preparing meat cuts for the store.
Ensuring the daily set up and pack down of the meat display.
Providing genuine friendly and professional service to all customers.
Working closely with the retail team to develop a strong and productive work culture.
Completing all tasks in a timely and consistent manner.
Assist with stock control, product margin and labour management.
HACCP compliance.
WH&S and Quality Assurance guidelines.
