THE OPPORTUNITY: Housed in stunning, state-of-the-art project sales suites across Sydney, our client requires capable, passionate Project Sales / Real Estate Administration support for their respective sales teams. Responsibilities will include: Reception & Host tasks Opening / closing the Display Suite, and ensuring it is well presented and that marketing collateral is stocked Welcoming in visitors to the Display including walk-ins, potential purchasers, Trades and external sales agents Customer service, including providing pricing, addressing general enquiries and answering calls Database management, ‘live-chat’ response management and lead generation Sales support including processing invoices, sales advices, coordinating final inspections and settlements Assisting with general day-to-day admin tasks, launch events and functions Producing daily reports, sales research and competitor analysis REQUIREMENTS: Ideally you will be looking for a career step to get into working for a Developer, or a pathway into Project Sales in the future.
