Administration Support Professional
This role entails overseeing the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for invoice preparation and payment processing through a reliable accounting system.
* Key Responsibilities:
* AP and AR procedures, encompassing invoice entry, reconciliations, and payment processing via an integrated accounting platform.
* Invoicing, MYOB invoicing, and front-line customer service to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
* Effective communication with team members in the administration department.
* Handling incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and time management skills to meet deadlines.
* Thorough knowledge of AP/AR procedures.
* Proficiency in MYOB/Simpro software (preferably). Proficient Microsoft PC skills and aptitude are also essential.
* Attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks performed.
