About the Role:
You will be responsible for driving transformative change across our healthcare organisation. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and monitor adoption metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead change management initiatives, developing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
2. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging open communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training programs and support clinical teams through digital transformation.
4. Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
5. Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in change management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
