Sales Coordinator Opportunity
This is an exciting role for a seasoned sales professional to join a leading real estate agency rapidly expanding across the North Shore.
As part of our top-performing sales team, you will work alongside other administrators to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities. Key duties include:
* Managing property files, appraisals, and listings efficiently.
* Coordinating exchanges and settlements processes.
* Booking photographers, floor planners, and stylists to enhance property marketing.
* Designing and ordering all property marketing materials, such as sign boards, brochures, and newspaper advertisements.
* Liaising with vendors and agents to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Preparing open-for-inspection packs.
* Compiling reports, conducting research, and gathering comparable data.
* Data entry and maintenance of client databases.
* Attending weekly sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
