About the Role:
* You'll play a vital role in supporting clients to remain active and engaged in their local community — assisting with social support, transport, shopping, and enjoyable outings
* With a focus on dignity and respect, you'll provide personal care and help clients live independently at home through domestic assistance, meal preparation, and genuine companionship.

* Organizational support by having dedicated mentors/team leaders.
* Paid induction and professional development training.
* Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am-3pm (minimum 2 days required ongoing availability).
What we are looking for:
* A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
* Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
* Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
* Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST.
* Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
