Job Overview
This role involves coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely logistics and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and develop customer relationships from an administrative aspect, enhancing the customer experience through efficient service delivery.
* Support strategic decision-making by contributing to market research and analysis activities and providing valuable insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
* Manage customer enquiries and orders to ensure services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

* The role also includes implementing pricing and marketing strategies, supporting the Sales & Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources including industry reports and competitive intelligence, and assisting in monitoring market dynamics such as competitor activities and technological advancements.
