Crushing Lead / Yard Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a crushing crew of 4–5 staff and ensure daily targets are met.
- Operate loaders and other crushing/screening equipment when required.
- Manage and maintain crushing, screening, and soil processing equipment.
- Monitor production for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Liaise with management and follow site directives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in crushing operations and loader operation.
- Leadership skills and confidence in supervising a small team.
- Knowledge of recycled concrete products & soils.
- A strong track record of working safely.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Front End Loader RII.
- Excavator RII.
- Reliability, presentability, and safety‐consciousness.
- MR/HR/HC truck licence would be an advantage but is not required.
- Availability to work Saturdays as required.
