We're searching for a Shift Maintenance Electrician to join our on-site maintenance team—working an equal-time 12-hour day/night roster in a role that offers stability, development and the chance to work with modern automation and industrial technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preventative and reactive maintenance across automated bakery equipment and utilities
* High-level troubleshooting of electrical circuits, instrumentation and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley experience ideal)
* Supporting production teams to drive plant reliability, safety and continuously improve equipment performance
* Identifying improvement opportunities and working within a strong maintenance culture
* Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment on shift
What You Bring
* QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
* Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing experience
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostics capability
* Working knowledge of PLCs and automation (Allen-Bradley highly regarded)
* Safety-first mindset with solid communication and teamwork skills
