What You'll Do
* In this key cross-disciplinary role you will work closely with our Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.
* Ensure assigned IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed scope.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions. This may either be provided remotely or on-site.
* Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
We are a pretty agile company and adapt to changing customer, technology and stakeholder needs as they arise.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role you must have experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments. You should have design, implementation and optimization experience in the following areas:
* Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
* Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV)
* Ability to communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently on competing priorities as well as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable additional experience includes design, implementation and optimization in one or more of the following:
* Backup and recovery (e.g., Commvault, Veeam)
* Hyperconverged technologies (e.g., Nutanix, Dell, Cisco)
