A strong interest in Women's Health is advantageous.In this role, you will:Manage your own client listManage varied condition specific pilot programs working with private and public sector stakeholdersManage data collection and work with our consulting biostatistician to generate real world findingsManage and comply with all clinical paperwork requirementsAdvocate and support clients with claims and contractsTriage clients and ensure the correct treatment program pathway for their clinical needsWork with the practice manager, director and clinical operations manager (COM) to ensure all aspects of clinical compliance and regulatory complianceLiaise with medical professionals and external specialists professionally and with discretionWork within a senior leadership team to develop and manage a growing system of value-based health care service delivery within our virtual and face to face clinicsManage all aspects of clinical paperwork.What you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and a post graduate degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalentA minimum of two years' experience in a health care setting or hospitalWorking knowledge of all claims and insurance processes and stakeholdersMeticulous attention to details with the ability to multitaskStrong problem-solving skillsWork well both autonomously and within a teamThe ability to work efficiently under pressure and delegate wellStrong IT skills and experience in research would be advantageous.What's great about working for CCA:Work with a fun and diverse team, who are passionate about the work they do each dayGreat clients and meaningful work that is pioneering new services delivery capabilities in chronic disease healthcare management.Competitive wage and professional development opportunitiesLocated in Cottesloe in new state of the art facilities surrounded by leading physiotherapists and sports scientists.
