Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Liebherr excavators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on Liebherr excavators.
* Assist with major and minor services to site machines.
* Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions.
* Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
* Promote Liebherr as a solutions provider, exceeding customer expectations.
* Ensure clear communication with customers, keeping them informed of all relevant information.
* Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople.
* Coach and mentor technicians.
Requirements:
* Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise with Liebherr excavators or similar equipment is highly regarded.
* Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Strong customer support experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a commitment to quality execution.
* A current driver's license.
