The Role
Reporting to the Director and working with our Marketing team, you will transition from execution to ownership. You'll be the custodian of our online presence, ensuring our estates in Drouin and Pakenham are the first choice for Victorian homebuyers.
You'll be based at our Upper Beaconsfield Head Office, with regular site visits to our developments to capture content and stay connected to our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy & Content: Manage a consistent social media calendar and grow our community through high-impact visual storytelling.
* Performance Marketing: Own the performance of our Meta and Google Ads, we want someone who looks at the data, not just the \"likes.\" Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated performance optimisation skills.
* Platform Management: Ensure our presence on REA, OpenLot, and Google Business Profiles is accurate, optimised, and ahead of the competition.
* Campaign Execution: Lead email marketing via Mailerlite and Rex CRM and manage website updates via WordPress.
* Design & Production: Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce professional-grade assets, from site signage to digital brochures.
About You
You are a \"calm in the chaos\" kind of person. You understand that in construction and development, priorities can shift fast, and you're ready to pivot with a smile.
What you bring to the table:
* 4+ Years Experience: You know the ropes and don't need your hand held with the basics.
* Technical Toolkit: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (Bonus points if you're a whiz with Premiere Pro or Lightroom).
* Digital Savvy: Comfortable with WordPress CMS, Mailerlite, and social ad platforms - Meta and Google.
* A Proactive Mindset: You're ready to learn from the best while contributing your own creative ideas.
