About This Role:
* Support people with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their own homes and communities.
* Deliver personal care and daily living support, assisting clients to stay active, independent and engaged in the community.
* Help with transport, social activities and appointments, delivering care with dignity, respect and kindness.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing personal care and daily living support.

* Supporting clients with 24/7 care needs, including overnight shifts.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
* Current First Aid & CPR.
* Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
