Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. We’re Interested in hearing from people who Genuinely care about the experience of customers Have excellent communication skills Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable Have aspirations to grow their career with us Hours and training To be considered for this role you must have the following availability: Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week You must be available to work from our Eveleigh office, once a fortnight (more during training) Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks, 3 days per week, 5 hours per day. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
