We're on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager in our Government team who can create standout customer experiences and become the go‐to expert for all things media monitoring and insights.

Our Customer Success Managers in the Government team are the first point of contact for our government clients, and our main source of outstanding proactive customer service. Your day‐to‐day is centred around helping our government clients get the very best out of the Streem platform, while also keeping track of the ever‐changing Australian media landscape. Responsibilities
* Contribute to major Federal Government client deployments;
* Serve as a contact for existing Government clients, and work to build, maintain and grow strong client relationships;
* Contribute to key project tasks related to major government calendar events;
* Run in‐depth training and onboarding sessions for Government stakeholders to help them master the platform (both virtually and face‐to‐face);
* Gather feedback and work with the team to cultivate real product improvements;
* Proactively flag key media stories, trends, or issues relevant to clients;
* Ensure all client‐related tasks are completed in accordance with internal and external service standards;
* Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders;
* Help ensure platform accuracy and content quality.
About You
* Strong customer‐facing skills, ideally with previous Customer Success experience.
* Organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Energetic, media‐savvy and positive go‐getter with a can‐do attitude.
Desirable (but Not Required)
* Degree in Media, Communications, PR, Journalism, or similar.
* Media/news/content experience is highly advantageous.
* Personal interest in the Australian Media Landscape and public affairs.
* Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools.
* Experience with Excel, Project Management Tools/CRM tools/Boolean Search.
