We are seeking an experienced and dedicated (Assistant) Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Quarters in Esperance, WA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Managing and coordinating restaurant staff, including scheduling, training and performance management
Ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably by monitoring inventory, controlling costs and maximising revenue
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing requirements
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience and drive business growth
Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the organisation of the restaurant.
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a exceptional dining experience
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control and financial reporting
Knowledge of health, safety and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
