About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate construction activities on site.
We are currently looking for Site Supervisors across Newcastle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring safety standards are met, managing client relationships, and upholding high levels of work quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of site management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors while coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Monitor quality assurance through ITPs, ensuring projects are defect-free.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety.
Optimize resources by managing materials, equipment, and labour efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience as Site Supervisor
Carpentry trade background
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in Procore and 1Breadcrumb (or similar)
