The Role
Working closely with senior project leadership, you will support the planning and programming function across both pre-construction and live projects. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining project programmes, monitoring progress, and working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes
* Monitor progress and identify risks, delays and opportunities
* Support short-term and master programme reporting
* Coordinate inputs from subcontractors and consultants
* Attend site and stakeholder meetings as required
* Assist with project controls, reporting and forecasting
* Review documentation to determine sequencing and methodology
* Support digital planning tools including 4D planning (highly regarded)
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
* 2-4 years' construction experience (site or planning)
* Minimum 12 months' experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
* Proven experience working on $100M+ construction projects in Australia
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and delivery
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
