Six Zero Pickleball is a fast-growing Australian pickleball brand shipping premium paddles and gear worldwide. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to work on-site at our Bokarina facility, supporting e-commerce warehouse operations, customer service, and our retail shopfront.
About the Role
This is a varied, on-site role combining e-commerce order fulfilment, inventory management, customer service support, and in-store retail assistance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring online and wholesale orders are dispatched accurately, stock levels are well managed, and customers receive a high-quality experience both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online and wholesale orders
• Process orders, shipping labels, and tracking through e-commerce fulfilment systems
• Manage inventory movements, including receipting stock, bin locations, and stock adjustments
• Assist with regular stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor low stock levels and flag issues to the inventory and operations team
• Assist customers in-store with product selection, purchases, and basic enquiries
• Respond to customer service emails relating to orders, shipping, and products
• Support Saturday retail trade, including opening, serving customers, and maintaining shop presentation
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe warehouse, packing, and retail spaces
• Support the wider team with day-to-day operational and logistics tasks
About You
• Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
• Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working with e-commerce systems and digital tools
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and packing orders
• Available to work Saturdays (essential) and at least 2 other days per week for a total of 15 to 20 hours.
Experience & Skills (Required)
• Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse environment
• Hands-on experience using Shopify for order processing
• Experience with inventory management systems and shipping software including Starshipit
• Strong understanding of pick/pack accuracy and fulfilment workflows
Desirable
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Interest in sport or pickleball
