The role of a Daily Organiser is vital to the smooth operation of our college. This position requires a highly organised individual who can effectively coordinate daily teaching staff adjustments, manage rooming changes, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

* Staff Absence Coordination - Coordinate staff absences, casual relief bookings, and internal teacher coverage.
* Duty Rosters - Manage duty rosters and communicate daily changes via internal systems.
* Record Keeping - Maintain accurate staff and student records in TASS, Timetabler, and other platforms.
* Room Bookings - Manage external and internal room/facility bookings.
* Communication - Liaise with key leaders and communicate with other stakeholders regarding staff absences, coverage, and bookings.
* Casual Staff Management - Interview, induct, and greet casual staff, and maintain a pool of reliable casual staff.
* Event Scheduling - Contribute to event, exam, and timetable scheduling logistics and set up.
* Administrative Support - Provide administrative support and co-approve excursion applications.
* Digital Platforms - Manage digital platforms for subject selection and parent-teacher interviews.
* Data Entry - Perform timetable data entry, student data uploads, and entries, and support academic reporting periods.
