The Opportunity:
As we expand our market reach, we are seeking a proactive and driven New Business Executive to join our Sales team. We are looking for an ambitious and results driven individual who will contribute to the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new account opportunities.
You will be primarily responsible for prospecting, initiating contact and opening new accounts within the beauty industry. This role is crucial in establishing our presence and paving the way for future growth. Upon successfully securing and opening new clients, responsibilities will transition to our Business Development Managers for further development and relationship management.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking and referrals to establish new Derma Aesthetic clinic partners
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed new business targets
Conduct specific product presentations and demonstrations to prospective new business clients
Build relationships with key decision-makers within businesses and understand their specific needs to tailor opening solutions that meet those needs effectively
Collaborate closely with the applicable Business Development Manager to hand over newly opened clinic partners seamlessly
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Please note that travel to other states may be required.
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in a New Business or Business Development Manager role (minimum 2 years) is desirable
Be a qualified Beauty Therapist/Dermal Therapist with a comprehensive understanding of the skin’s structure and function
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
The ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
