As we expand into major retailers, wholesale channels, and exciting brand collaborations, we’re on the hunt for a Sales Support Coordinator who can keep our projects rolling as smoothly as a hot jam donut.
The Role
Think of this role as the glaze that holds everything together. You’ll be the person who takes a brilliant idea — whether it’s a brand-new product, a licensing collab, or a retailer range review — and helps guide it all the way from “ooh, yum” to “on the shelf.”
You’ll work with almost every corner of the business — Sales, NPD, QA, Marketing, Finance, Production, Logistics — as well as suppliers and external partners. If you love a fast-paced environment, solving puzzles, and making things happen, this role is your jam.
What You’ll Do
- Project wrangler: Coordinate product launches, licensing partnerships (yes, even with the likes of Universal), retailer submissions, and wild collabs (hello, Bunnings x Daniel’s!).
- People person: Keep everyone talking — internal teams, suppliers, external partners — so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Timeline tracker: Build and manage project plans, making sure deadlines don’t slip (because donuts wait for no one).
- Problem solver: Spot risks before they rise, and find smart solutions that keep things moving.
- Documentation hero: Keep everything logged, tracked, and visible across the business.
- Cross-functional glue: Be the link from Sales → NPD → QA → Production → Logistics, ensuring everything aligns.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, must have FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing industry experience.
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset when juggling competing priorities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills — you’re great at getting buy-in.
- Commercial smarts — you understand margins, timelines, and how they shape success.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills to bring data and ideas to life.
- Organisational superpowers with a “find a way” attitude.
- A genuine love of seeing projects (and donuts) come to life.
Bonus sprinkles (nice to have, but not essential):
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills for packaging mock-ups or POS tweaks.
