Managing and administering the Microsoft 365 ecosystem – including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra and Microsoft 365 security configurations. PowerShell scripting would be a highly desireable skillset.
Supporting Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Remote Desktop Services
Maintaining and configuring network infrastructure – including managed switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, and VLANs
Planning and delivering project work – such as migrations, upgrades, and new infrastructure deployments
Troubleshooting mail flow, end-user applications, and system integrations
Managing and optimising Backup & Disaster Recovery systems
Consulting with clients to understand their business needs and recommend strategic solutions
Identifying and implementing cybersecurity improvements and best practices
