As a Griller, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, working over live flame to prepare premium cuts with precision and consistency. You'll take pride in mastering the grill, ensuring every steak, skewer, and coal-fired dish is cooked to perfection and delivered with bold Hunter & Barrel flavour.

What we are looking for:
* At least 2 years experience on a flame or charcoal grill
* Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
* Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
* A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
* A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
* Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
* Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
