Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email correspondence.
* Assist with stock take processes and maintain accurate records.
* Prioritize and process sales orders, as well as make any necessary changes.
* Perform general administrative tasks related to branch sales and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or administration.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Tidy appearance and professional demeanor.
