Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top healthcare talent. Daily tasks include managing recruitment campaigns, conducting candidate interviews, providing consultancy services to clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining strong communication is central to this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting techniques
* Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing to assess and align candidates with client needs
* Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates
* Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in the healthcare sector or staffing industry is advantageous but not mandatory
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
