Job Description
* Stakeholder focused role working with C‐Suite and ELT
* Support the core business in driving profit, revenue and commercial gains
* Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating complex financial data into clear insights that influence decisions, shape strategy, and drive organisational performance.
* Build strong cross‐functional relationships, partnering with operational teams to identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide stakeholders through financial impacts and change initiatives.
* Provide high‐quality financial management, strategic advice, and commercial insights for a specialised portfolio within a large, complex organisation.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‐term financial modelling, and scenario planning aligned to organisations commercial strategy.
* Prepare and deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis, and variance commentary to senior stakeholders.
* Support and review business cases, including financial modelling, benefit/risk assessment, and post‐implementation evaluations.
* Identify financial risks and opportunities while influencing strategic decisions through clear, impactful communication.
* Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance, drive transformation initiatives, and enhance processes.
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
* CPA or CA Qualified
* Strong business partnering experience in complex environments.
* Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
* Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage non‐financial stakeholders.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic initiatives or business cases.
* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, challenge assumptions, and operate effectively in fast‐paced, changing environments.
