We are looking for the 'right person' to fill a full‐time position, as a Retail Sales & Administration person. There is a strong career path available for the right candidate with this well established and expanding business. Key Responsibilities
* Testing pool water and providing advice on chemical balance
* Retail sales of chemicals, and equipment
* Answering phone calls, taking payment, and booking service visits
* Maintain stock levels and ensure orders are placed on time
* Accurately preparing and sending invoices to our mobile service clients
* Administering creditors invoices on our accounting software (Xero)
* Strong local management complemented with extensive head office support to train and continually educate staff

Skills & Experience
* Experience in the pool industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
* Enjoy helping others
* Have prior experience in an administration role
* Have prior experience in a retail sales role
* Excellent telephone-, face-to-face- and email communication with basic Microsoft Word experience
* Able to independently solve problemsReliable and can work unsupervised
* A good level of fitness as moving & lifting stock is required. You must be fit & healthy and able to lift at least 20Kg's per bag of salt, sand or equipment
